I would like to have Shiatsu Therapy, when done by a Shiatsupractor, covered by my extended health insurance plan. Shiatsupractors are specifically trained in Shiatsu Therapy unlike RMTs and other therapists and can therefore provide me with far greater service and health benefits. I choose to receive shiatsu because it is paticularly effective in relieving my symptoms and I feel that not having the option for shiatsu coverage means I am being denied effective preventive health care.
